While working at Magnet, I was fortunate enough to be invited to Andreessen Horowitz’s Design Talks. There were some good people from companies like Facebook, Square, LinkedIn and Zynga. One speaker that really resonated with me was Jason Putorti and his design process. He was the lead designer at Mint, later went on to start Votizen and is now with Causes.
